{"id":10133,"date":"2024-08-23T10:04:41","date_gmt":"2024-08-23T05:04:41","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/secardo.org\/call-for-application-senior-reporting-assistant\/"},"modified":"2024-08-23T10:04:41","modified_gmt":"2024-08-23T05:04:41","slug":"call-for-application-senior-reporting-assistant","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/secardo.org\/?p=10133","title":{"rendered":"Call for Application-Senior Reporting Assistant"},"content":{"rendered":"<p> [ad_1]<br \/>\n<\/p>\n<div class=\"tag country\">Country: Pakistan<\/div>\n<div class=\"tag source\">Organization: International Organization for Migration<\/div>\n<div class=\"date closing\">Closing date: 2 Sep 2024<\/div>\n<p>Under the overall supervision of National Deputy Programme Officer (M&#038;E) and direct supervision of National M&#038;E Officer, the Senior Reporting Assistant will be responsible for deliverables outlined in the following sections:<\/p>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities and Accountabilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u2022 In collaboration with monitoring and data collection team ensure regular information gathering and coordinating information collection process for the monitoring activities including progress tracking, collection of information and distribution summaries.<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Provide regular situation reports as required by the Programme Management and donor, interim and final donor reports, case studies, etc.<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Ensure periodical reporting of the progress and documentation of lessons learnt and case studies.<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Prepare regular reports on activities, outputs and outcomes and extract relevant reports as required.<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Assist National M&#038;E Officer to ensure effective and efficient Monitoring and Evaluation and integrate data collected from the field with central Monitoring tool in coordination with Monitoring Officers;<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Assist in developing monitoring plans in coordination with the monitoring team for ensuring that Monitoring data is incorporated into reports as required;<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Support in tailoring existing Monitoring tools according to program monitoring and reporting requirements.<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Identify and document lessons learned and case studies including critical success factors, opportunities for improvement and be responsible for preparation of communication items.<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Regularly inform National Deputy Programme Officer (M&#038;E) about the activities, project status, and project progress and provide other support, as required.<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Perform other duties as may be assigned.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Required Qualifications and Experience<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>High School Degree\/Certificate in social sciences, such as law, international relations, governance, development or alternatively communications with six years of relevant experience.<\/p>\n<p>Or<\/p>\n<p>Bachelors or Equivalent or Higher degree in the above fields with 4 years of relevant experience.<\/p>\n<p><strong>EXPERIENCE<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Four years of experience in report writing, monitoring and evaluation;<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Relevant work experience in a challenging environment;<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Previous experience working with international and governmental programmes;<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Demonstrated understanding of complex socio-political environments.<\/p>\n<p><strong>SKILLS<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Excellent knowledge of project monitoring, reporting and evaluation<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Good understanding of community resilience and FATA<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Excellent skills in technical report writing<\/p>\n<p><strong>Languages<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>REQUIRED<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>For all applicants, fluency in English and Urdu is required (oral and written).<\/p>\n<p><strong>DESIRABLE<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Working knowledge of Pashto or any other local language\/s is an advantageous.<\/p>\n<p><em><strong>Only short-listed candidates who match the required criteria for the position will be contacted.<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<p><em><strong>IOM provides equal opportunity to all qualified female and male including the physically challenged candidates<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<h2 id='how-to-apply'  id=\"boomdevs_1\">How to apply<\/h2>\n<p>Interested Candidates are invited to submit your application by 02 Sep 2024 through <a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/new.brightspyre.com\/jobs\/jid\/51167\">Call for Application-Senior Reporting Assistant in IOM Pakistan (brightspyre.com)<\/a><\/p>\n<p>The application should be written in English.<\/p>\n<p>Other:<\/p>\n<p>The appointment is subject to funding confirmation.<\/p>\n<p>Appointment will be subject to certification that the candidate is medically fit for appointment, accreditation, any residency or visa requirements, and security clearances.
