Mission :

Under the supervision of the Logistics Department Manager, you will implement the premises management policy, the mission’s vehicle fleet as well as IT aspects to guarantee logistics performance and provide the best support to the programs.
More specifically, your missions will be to:
Ensure the management of the fleet of vehicles and generatorsMaintain the fleet of vehicles and generators in good condition
Providing users with vehicles and electricity
Track vehicle and generator consumption
Provide general management of the overall mechanics of the mission
Ensure that users are trained in the correct use of vehicles and generators
Ensure compliance with national movement monitoring procedures through the management of radio operators
Manage IT aspectsSupervise the installation, maintenance and repairs of radio communication equipment
Supervise the proper monitoring and maintenance of mission equipment and their deployment on the bases
Integrate IT needs into project proposals and advise on the bases
Ensure proper management of the NAS by the team and regular backup
Ensure the availability of the equipment necessary for the proper functioning of the base (office and guest)Monitor the various stocks linked to the operation of the base (fuel, stationery, electrical equipment, etc.)
Centralize and anticipate the logistical needs of departments and guests in conjunction with HR (vehicles, stationery, repair needs, miscellaneous)
Issue DAs as needed
Manage the rehabilitation and maintenance of premisesEnsure the construction, rehabilitation and maintenance of structures necessary for the operation of the base: offices, programs, house, warehouse
Participate in the mission strategy on the positioning of premises via plans and optimizations of existing resources (new office/hibernation house)
Ensure that each building is up to standard
Supervise and manage the General Resources logistics team (animation, monitoring, motivation, etc., bi-annual evaluation of performance and skills)

Profile :

You have a Bac+3 level or higher training in logistics, with a technical appetite for this field.
You have experience in team management.
Ideally, you are familiar with Link and the Action Against Hunger processes.
Working in an international environment, fluency in English is necessary, both orally and in writing.

Conditions of employment

Fixed-term contract under French law: 12 months
Gross monthly salary: from 2130 to 2475 euros depending on experience
Retirement insurance reimbursement for non-French citizens: 16% of gross monthly salary
Basic salary increase: 6% every 12 months of continuous contract
Per diem and monthly living expenses: 729 euros net, paid on the ground
Monthly context allowance: 300 euros
Child allowance: 1500 euros per year and per child present in the country of origin (ceiling of 6000 euros/year)
Transport and accommodation: Coverage of travel and collective accommodation
Medical Coverage: 100% coverage of health contributions (CFE + supplementary health insurance) and repatriation insurance
Salary maintenance arrangements (sickness, maternity, paternity)
Holidays and RnR: 25 days per year of CP and 20 RnR per year; payment of the ticket with ceiling to go to the chosen break zone, and 215 euros of fixed compensation per RnR
