Mission :
Under the supervision of the Logistics IS Functional Expert, your role will be to support the Logistics Department in formalizing its functional needs, as part of the development of the Logistics Information System, and to provide support to users of the Logistics IS.
More specifically, your missions will be to:
Participate in the formalization of the functional specifications of the Logistics IS
Ensure regular functional monitoring in the implementation of IT projects
Participate in the dissemination and deployment of the Logistics IS, and associated support
Implement and manage developments in the Logistics data analysis framework
Maintain monitoring of the IT needs of the logistics department
Profile :
You have higher education in Logistics, Purchasing or equivalent.
You have at least 2 years of professional experience in a humanitarian logistics position in the field.
You have experience as a Functional Analyst or equivalent.
Ideally, you have experience with ACF.
You have advanced knowledge and very good command of Excel and its functions.
Working in an international environment, you are fluent in English, both spoken and written.
Conditions of employment
Status: Integrated Framework – Permanent Contract – Full-time
Location: Montreuil (Seine-Saint-Denis)
Remuneration: From 36K to 41K euros gross annually over 13 months depending on experience
Seniority bonus from 3 years of presence at headquarters (For permanent positions)
Benefits: 21 days of RTT
