The Sahel Regional Fund (SRF), hosted by the Danish Refugee Council, started in June 2022. This regional humanitarian fund, supported by UK Aid (FCDO), targets conflict-affected, hard-to-reach, under-resourced rural areas facing an influx of displaced people in the Central Sahel (Burkina Faso, Mali, Niger), the Lake Chad Basin and Eastern Chad.

This mid-term evaluation, scheduled for 2024, will aim to assess progress towards the SRF’s objectives, identify strengths and areas for improvement, and ensure that the SRF is on track to achieve its intended results. This evaluation will help inform necessary adjustments to strategies and resources, and will use the SRF’s Theory of Change as the primary framework for assessing the SRF’s progress.

Accordingly, the DRC hereby requests you to submit your proposal on the basis of this RFP and the Terms of Reference (TOR) set out in Annex H.
