Mission :
Your role will be to:
Coordinate support teams and ensure their interaction with program teamsEnsure good quality and appropriate resource management during program implementation
Establish collaborative spaces for inter-team coordination
Ensure that all deadlines are met
Ensure coordination of support functions with external partners (consortium, national partnerships)
Facilitate the strategic contribution of support functions to the development of the country’s strategy and action planParticipate in the coordination of the strategic exercise and its breakdown into an annual action plan in accordance with ACF policies and directives
Coordinate the implementation of the annual financing plan, the definition and implementation of the mission’s logistics, HR and financial strategies as well as their action plan
Ensure proper management of resources in the mission
Ensure the contribution of support functions in the development and monitoring of projects/programs Support and assist Managers in the development and implementation of projects and coordinate their contribution during the proposal writing phases during the execution of projects or during donor reports
Provide support in developing deliverables within the expected timeframes and resolve any issues related to these submissions
Facilitate the understanding of support departments of program issues in order to achieve program objectives
Participate in budget arbitrations on proposals or amendments to the mission’s projects
Facilitate internal and external communication of the missionEnsure adequate communication with the relevant departments at Headquarters
Participate in maintaining good contacts regarding resource management with relevant stakeholders at country level
Participate in representation with national and regional authorities on issues relating to Logistics, Finance and HR
Supervise the team of Support Managers and create a positive and motivating work dynamic within the national Log/Fin/HR teams
Support the Country Director on cross-functional issues of the Organization
Contribute to business continuity in the absence of the DP and Support Managers
Profile :
You hold a degree in human resources management, administration, economics/finance, specializing in logistics and/or training in logistics.
You have experience in a coordination position in a complex environment, ideally with ACF.
You have already successfully completed basic information management, resource planning, and human resources, finance and logistics management.
You have proven experience in negotiation and problem solving, and you have worked in relations with national authorities.
You know how to manage teams effectively, monitor performance and provide strategic insight. You are capable of leadership, integrity and honesty.
You are particularly competent in communication and writing.
You have excellent stress management and emotional intelligence skills, and management of complexity.
Conditions of employment
Fixed-term contract under French law: 12 months
Gross monthly salary: from 2899 to 3376 euros depending on experience
Retirement insurance reimbursement for non-French citizens: 16% of gross monthly salary
Basic salary increase: 6% every 12 months of continuous contract
Per diem and monthly living expenses: $974 net, paid on the ground
Monthly context allowance: 150 euros
Child allowance: 1500 euros per year and per child present in the country of origin (ceiling of 6000 euros/year)
Transport and accommodation: Coverage of travel and collective accommodation
Medical Coverage: 100% coverage of health contributions (CFE + supplementary health insurance) and repatriation insurance
Salary maintenance arrangements (sickness, maternity, paternity)
Holidays and RnR: 25 days per year of CP and 20 RnR per year; payment of the ticket with ceiling to go to the chosen break zone, and 215 euros of fixed compensation per RnR
