Mission :
Your role will be to define and supervise the implementation of policies and strategies contributing to the management of the association’s major institutional risks, in order to achieve organizational efficiency.
More specifically, your missions will be as follows:
Guarantee the accountability of the Risk and Compliance Audit (ARC) and the implementation of the policies owned by the ARC.
Define and guarantee the proper implementation of the ARC’s business strategies.
Lead the ARC department.
Support ARC professions at headquarters and in the field in order to guarantee their independence and ability to act.
Communicate internally and represent Action Against Hunger externally.
Profile :
With a higher education in political science, business school or law, you have at least 7 years of experience including at least 3 years in audit, compliance and risk management functions.
You must have international experience on behalf of an NGO or a public structure or international organization, and ideally experience in an international audit firm.
Pragmatic, invested and committed, you attract the support of your interlocutors through your sense of anticipation and your rigor. Gifted with excellent analytical skills, you know how to handle the subjects entrusted to you. You are also recognized for your influence and leadership abilities.
With proven experience in executive or senior management positions, you are recognized for your managerial talents.
Aware of the missions of Action Against Hunger, your motivation to integrate an international, dynamic, innovative and meaningful associative structure will allow you to be quickly operational on this strategic function for the organization.
You necessarily have an excellent level of written and oral English.
Terms of employment
Status: Manager – Permanent contract – Full time
Location: Montreuil (Seine-Saint-Denis)
Remuneration: From 71Keuros to 81Keuros gross annually over 13 months depending on experience
