Within a multidisciplinary team, your daily missions as a nursery employee will be:
ESTABLISH THE CONDITIONS NECESSARY FOR THE WELL-BEING OF THE CHILD IN THE CONTEXT OF INDIVIDUAL AND/OR COLLECTIVE SUPPORT
- Participate in the implementation of hygiene, comfort and well-being care for the children received in order to permanently satisfy their need for hygiene and physical and emotional safety
- Participate in the organization and running of early learning activities and promote the acquisition of autonomy in children (dressing, eating, learning – cleanliness, acquisition of walking and language among the youngest)
- Respect the child’s rhythms of life, sleep and quiet time
- Participate in monitoring the child’s general condition, development and safety in collaboration with childcare assistants
- Identify warning signs to ensure the physical and emotional safety of children
