Mission :

More specifically, your missions will be as follows:
Support the CEO in preparing the 2024-2026 strategic cycle:
– Produce and coordinate analyzes to fuel strategic thinking, and facilitate spaces for dialogue between relevant stakeholders
– Support the drafting of framework documents (strategic framework, report, summary note, presentation, etc.)
– Guarantee the integration of cross-cutting thematic issues (notably the environment), ensure the coherence of the organizational policies and positioning of the association
– From the above, support the work of defining and articulating strategic priorities
Support the CEO and the Executive Committee, as well as the departments and structures concerned, in the deployment and management of current cross-functional projects:
– Ensure the coordination of priority Comex projects through the development and implementation of monitoring and management tools, and ensure reporting
– Define and implement a change support strategy, in conjunction with the Internal Communication Department
Facilitate the 2024 operational version of the 2024-2026 strategic framework:
Support the definition and prioritization of Comex strategic projects, with the methodology developed

Profile :

Holder of a Master 2 (Sciences Po / Business School / International Relations / Political Sciences), you have at least 5 years of professional experience including 3 years of experience in a strategic and/or organizational consulting role .
You demonstrate a great ability to identify the key issues of an organization and know how to organize your priorities in order to respond to the different strategic projects of a multitude of stakeholders.
You demonstrate great autonomy and a capacity for synthesis, and know how to ensure the consistency of your actions with a certain methodology.
You demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills, good communication, and know how to mobilize project contributors both internally and externally.
Fluent English both spoken and written imperative.
You have a good knowledge of the voluntary/humanitarian sector and its challenges.

Terms of employment

Status: Integrated manager – CDI – Full time Location: Montreuil (Seine-Saint-Denis)
Start date: 02/05/2024
Salary conditions:
From 45K to 54K euros gross annual over 13 months depending on experience
21 days of RTT
Health coverage, welfare: 80% covered by ACF
Transport: Coverage at 50% of the package between home and work
Meal vouchers: 60% covered by the association for a value of 8 euros
Teleworking: Teleworking open to everyone from mainland France. No mandatory face-to-face work for this position, outside of collective face-to-face time. Collective face-to-face time imposed / also obligatory by the employer: for meetings and collective events (up to 3 days per month) and 2 days of compulsory attendance when you join the team.
