Mission :

As part of this work-study program, you will support the Project Manager of the SAE department in the development of KPIs and the optimization of related tools and processes. To this end, you will also work closely with the information systems department.
Your main missions will be:
Take part in the development and updating of performance and activity indicator tables
Setting up indicator tables via Power BI
Extraction of data from relevant Information Systems
Creation of models (Python, Power BI) to format and link data
Participation in data analyzes
Support for users to streamline access to data and its understanding
Support business process modeling
Updating current business processes of the service or involving the service
Participation in the identification of feasible optimizations and their formalization (lean approach)
Participation in the identification of new needs linked to the evolution of the supply management strategy.
Participation in the definition of target processes and their formalization
Participate in the continuous improvement of business tools
Support for the collection and identification of necessary optimizations
Support for defining specifications
Monitoring developments with technical services and generating recipes
Formalization of user guides
User training
Tools mainly used by the department: UNIT4 – Link – Excel – Power BI
Support the project management of the service
Support for updating tools and reference documents for project monitoring
Participation in strategic workshops of the service and department
Providing support for procurement and shipping department projects.

Profile :

You are preparing for Bac+4/+5 training in logistics, Data Analyst or equivalent. You know how to organize, listen and manage priorities. You are also able to move quickly from one activity to another while being proactive.
You are rigorous and reliable, you demonstrate analytical skills and agility in handling figures and IT tools, particularly Excel. You are organized, proactive and autonomous. You also have good interpersonal skills and ideally have a first experience (internship/alternation) in data analysis and/or logistics.
You are recognized for your ability to analyze and produce summary documents
You are trained and in the process of mastering the following tools: Power BI, Power Query, SQL, VBA, Python.
Given the international context of the Association, a good level of English (written and oral) will be highly appreciated.

Terms of employment

? Status: 12-month professionalization or work-study apprenticeship contract
Contract duration: 12 months to 24 months
Location: Montreuil (Seine-Saint-Denis)
Salary conditions:
– Remuneration based on the legal minimum, adjusted according to age and level of training, over 13 months
– 21 days of RTT (prorated according to time of presence)
– Health and welfare coverage: 80% covered by ACF
– Transport: 50% of the package between home and work
– Meal vouchers: 60% covered by the association (value of 8 euros)
– Social benefits: social works, reductions on cinema tickets
Teleworking: Open to everyone from mainland France. Our teleworking policy governs activities requiring a presence at the association’s headquarters. You can choose to work fully or partially remotely. For this position, a mandatory presence of 3 days per month is planned at headquarters, with time dedicated to meetings and collective events (3 days per month on average). The first 6 weeks will include 2 days of mandatory attendance per week for your integration into the team.
