Mission :

In a human-sized team, and under the supervision of the International Procurement Manager, your role will be to contribute to the smooth running of the supply chain towards the missions of Action Against Hunger International.
More concretely, your missions are as follows:
-You manage field orders: Medicines, Nutrition, Water and Sanitation, IT equipment, etc. in compliance with ACF procurement procedures. You consolidate purchasing files and order processing with suppliers and carry out complete monitoring, from the quote to invoicing and dispute management. You receive and allocate the different goods by updating the tracking tools. Indeed, you will be in close communication with our Field and Headquarters contacts.
-You ensure the preparation, organization and monitoring of the transport of goods (Import and Export): You consolidate the goods to be transported in order to optimize flows. You make quote requests to select carriers/freight forwarders and mandate the freight forwarders after validation of the choice. You organize the collection of the goods and ensure follow-up until delivery to the field. You prepare and transmit the necessary documents to freight forwarders and field logisticians. Finally, you close the file (Administrative and Archiving part), after receipt of goods
-You update logistical and financial tools, order management: You process and monitor orders and shipments with our logistical, administrative and financial tools and archives the various purchasing files.
-You contribute to the development and monitoring of Transport and Purchasing indicators: You participate in improving tools and processes (excel, management, etc.) and update the databases for the indicators on the transport, Purchasing part , expatriate departures (via internal monitoring tools).
-You ensure coordination with the Expatriate Stock and Departure intern: You monitor stock releases (physical and tools), supervise shipments if necessary (briefing, preparation) and participate in coordination meetings (shipment point).

Profile :

You are preparing a Bac+3/4/5 type training in the field of Logistics specializing in purchasing, transport and stock or in Supply Chain. You have a solid foundation in Logistics and have a good knowledge of international trade sectors and issues related to international transport. Ideally, you have initial experience (internship/alternation) in the field.
For this position, we are looking for a communicative, autonomous and responsive candidate, capable of adapting to a demanding international environment. Strong organizational skills, perseverance and rigor are essential, as is the ability to manage priorities in difficult conditions. Experience in reporting and the ability to work effectively remotely are assets.
Strong motivation for the humanitarian sector is appreciated for this position
A good command of the Office pack is required (in particular Excel), you have knowledge of Power BI, and you have a good level of English (written and oral). We’ll forgive you for your bad accent!

Terms of employment

Status: Professionalization or work-study apprenticeship contract of 12 to 24 months
Location: Montreuil (Seine-Saint-Denis)
Salary Conditions:
Remuneration based on the legal minimum (percentage of the minimum wage depending on age and level of training) over 13 months
21 days of RTT (prorated to the time spent in the organization)
Health coverage, welfare: 80% covered by ACF
Transport: Coverage at 50% of the package between home and work
Meal vouchers: 60% covered by the association for a value of 8 euros
Social works and reduction on cinema tickets
Teleworking: Open to all and from the metropolitan territory, our teleworking policy defines the activities of the position requiring an imperative presence time at the headquarters of the association, and allows you to choose to exercise fully or in part the remainder of this time teleworking. In fact, for this position, a mandatory presence at headquarters of 1 day per month has been defined. Presence time at headquarters will also be dedicated to collective sharing: 3 days per month on average for meetings and collective events and 2 days of compulsory presence for the first 6 weeks when you join the team.
