Mission :

In a team of 6 people, and under the supervision of the Training Engineering Coordinator, your mission will be to contribute to the development of distance training systems for the benefit of Action Against Hunger teams.
Mainly, your missions revolve around the following three axes:
-Take part in the administration of the ACF e-learning platform: Register new Headquarters and Expatriate entrants to the platform; Carry out advanced regulations on the platform; Provide back and front office support to Learning Management System (LMS) mission relays and learners; Lead the LMS discussion forums; Contribute to the constant improvement of the LMS
-Participate in the revision/improvement and/or design of internal training with Articulate 360 ​​(Storyline, Rise) or other e-learning creation tools: collaborate with business experts in the development, revision or correction of content educational. Guarantee educational and graphic consistency and ensure compliance with authorizations and rights for the resources used
-Contribute to the digitalization of internal training through the development of virtual classes, e-learning, webinars, etc.: Participate in the implementation of distance or hybrid training; Support users in getting started with tools (Articulate Storyline, etc.)

Profile :

You are preparing a Bac + 4/5 in educational engineering specializing in e-learning/distance training. Ideally, you have already worked in the digitalization of training or in distance learning.
You have an appetite for digital tools and you are comfortable using IT tools, particularly in the management of LMS platforms and digital content production tools (you potentially already have a good level on the Articulate suite 360 (Storyline, Rise)
With good writing and teaching skills, you enjoy working in a team. You are creative and you know how to take initiatives and manage priorities. Motivation for the humanitarian sector and for adult training will be appreciated.
A fluent level of oral and written English is essential.

Terms of employment

Status: 12-month professionalization or work-study apprenticeship contract
Desired pace: 2 days in training / 3 days in the company
Location: Montreuil (Seine-Saint-Denis)
Salary Conditions:
Remuneration based on the legal minimum (percentage of the minimum wage depending on age and level of training) over 13 months
21 days of RTT (prorated to the time spent in the organization)
Health coverage, welfare: 80% covered by ACF
Transport: Coverage at 50% of the package between home and work
Meal vouchers: 60% covered by the association for a value of 8 euros
Social works and reduction on cinema tickets
Teleworking: Open to all and from the metropolitan territory, our teleworking policy defines the activities of the position requiring an imperative presence time at the headquarters of the association, and allows you to choose to exercise fully or in part the remainder of this time teleworking. To this end, a mandatory presence at headquarters of 3 days per month has been defined for this position. Presence time at headquarters will also be dedicated to collective sharing: 3 days per month on average for meetings and collective events and 2 days of compulsory presence for the first 6 weeks when you join the team.
