Overview :
Chemonics International is seeking a Livelihoods Manager for the NELY (Northern Economic Livelihood for Youth) activity planned in Benin and funded by USAID. The NELY activity specifically targets young people living in northern Benin, particularly young men who are at risk of recruitment by violent extremist groups.
