ACF publishes this consultation in order to find the most suitable solutions for the dissemination of its advertising campaigns on social networks. ACF therefore awaits tenderers that these are specialized in advertising campaigns on social networks (Facebook, Instagram, Tiktok, Bluesky, YouTube and Linkedin) and that they ask all the useful questions to ensure ACF that the solutions proposed answer all the services defined in this consultation.
ACF launches this consultation in order to benefit from thean agency expertise who will make it visible on social networks with regard to its constraints. The advertising campaigns concerned are in French and concern France.
It only concerns the need for creation, monitoring, management and analysis of advertising campaigns on social networks and not the creative part that is carried out internally, even if your advice is welcome on this part.
The objective of the call for tenders is to sign a one year contract with the selected service provider. Following this period, this contract will be renewed by amendment by a period of one year, within the limit of five renewals, and unless it is denounced by mail at least ninety (90) calendar days before its date of renewal.
