The Hamap-Humanitarian mission is to allow populations to access, find and enhance their resources in land and water.
Faced with conflicts and climate change, Hamap-Humanitaire supports local organizations in their territories demining projects, access to water and sanitation, agriculture, promoting environmentally friendly use.
Hamap-humanitarian is associated with other organizations to meet essential needs such as education and health.
Hamap-humanitarian in Comoros
The Urban Community of Dunkirk (CUD) and the governorate of Ngazidja, engaged in a decentralized cooperation partnership since 2012, wanted to take their action on the theme of access to drinking water. Hamap-humanitarian, as assistant to project management, supports communities in the monitoring and implementation of a drinking water supply project of 6 villages in the commune of Itsahidi.
The activities started in September 2022 is based on the 2Mains association, a local partner and in charge of the community component. Hamap-humanitarian also works with multiple local and international players present in the Comoros. The project begins its last phase with an end of the activities provided for in the first half of 2025 and the prospect of the launch of a second phase in the same area.

Postal responsibilities
In close connection with the Hamap-Humanitarian project manager at the headquarters, the project manager at the Comoros and the various experts affiliated to the project, the support manager will be responsible for monitoring and implementing the technical component of EAH projects and the general governance of the project.
Local representation:
• Represent Hamap-Humanitaire and the French contract locally;
• Coise with the project manager the partnership relationship and communication with all stakeholders in the field and organize inter-partner events;
• Ensure the mobilization of local partners (institutional, community, technical) in their respective missions;
• Constitute the relay of the project management locally and bring back the related issues;
Expertise technique :
• Write documents and implement market passes procedures for the recruitment of service providers (consultant, design office, work company, etc.);
• Support and provide support to partners when they travel to the field;
• Check the progress of the activities entrusted to providers and validate the summary documents;
• Ensure technical monitoring of studies, management and coordination of construction work with partners and produce administrative, technical and contractual documentation;
• Provide support to the project manager in its structuring activities for a drinking water service.
Monitoring and capitalization:
• Manage administrative procedures relating to the implementation of activities;
• Produce monitoring, coordination and capitalization of the project;
• Participate in periodic coordination meetings with French headquarters and partners.
Required skills and qualities
Qualifications required
• Level of studies: Bac+5 (political science, development, management of international projects, international solidarity, water engineering);
• First desired experience in the field of international solidarity;
• Good control of cycle and project management;
• demonstrated capacities in the development of strategies, writing supports;
• Water cycle knowledge;
• Sensitivity to capacity building and the transfer of know-how;
• Excellent editorial capacity and control of Microsoft Office.
Personal skills
• Strong capacity for adaptation, analysis and organization;
• Rigor, autonomy and sense of responsibility;
• Faculty of resilience in a significant and intercultural environment;
Remuneration element
• Remuneration according to the profile and type of contract.

• Support of operational costs during field missions displacements, accommodation and communication costs (telephone, internet);
• 2,08 working days of paid leave with aircraft ticket support;
• A system of leave and recovery with the management of the plane ticket according to the internal policy.
Working conditions
• Place of work and residence: Moroni with regular trips to the villages of the commune of Itsahidi;
• progress state: arrival at the end of the project and the start of a second part;
