On the availability of a job opportunity kWomen’s house officialWhere the employee will be responsible for supporting girls who move from the village to young women, and guiding them to achieve independence and integration into society.
Basic tasks and responsibilities
? Providing a positive model for young women:
✔️ To be an example of righteousness and good morals
✔️ Live in young women and be present when needed to support them
✔️ Application of young women’s homes and rules and participation in daily life
? Directing personal and professional development:
✔️ Monitor the social, psychological and health changes of young women
✔️ Providing support in facing personal and social challenges
✔️ Follow -up academic and vocational performance, and provide training and education opportunities
? Encourage responsibility and independence:
✔️ Helping young women to manage their daily life effectively
✔️ Training them in organizing their personal and financial affairs
✔️ Supervising the cleanliness of the house and providing guidance for home maintenance
? Promote societal integration and social participation:
✔️ Motivating young women to participate in volunteer work and community services
✔️ They are directed towards job opportunities and summer training
✔️ Enhancing positive relations with the local community and neighbors
? Coordination of youth activities:
✔️ Establishing and implementing entertainment, cultural and developmental programs
✔️ Budgets Management for Activities in coordination with the administration
? Maintaining communication with children’s villages SOS:
✔️ Ensuring young women communicate with the village, mothers and supervisors
✔️ Follow -up to the new youth and their help in adapting to the environment of the young women
Required qualifications
✅ Certificate University in psychological counseling, sociology, or educational specializations
✅ At least two years experience In educational work and youth guidance
✅ Skills Strong leadership and organizational
✅ Proficiency english language (Reading and writing)
✅ Good knowledge using Computer and office applications
✅ Full preparation to support the organization’s goals and work according to its values
