Mission :

Under the responsibility of the Director of the Audit Department, Risks and Compliance, you will have to control public landlord audits and develop the expertise of ACF France in the management of external audits
More specifically, your missions will be as follows:

Coordinate the implementation of public landlords
Plan and organize work in the seats and on the country offices of audits
Negotiate with third parties (institutional donors and/or external audit firms), ACF interests
Represent ACF externally
Develop and build the annual public landlord audits
Build/update the CONTRACTUAL AUTHING CALENDER and launch the audit cycle
Ensure continuity of activity in terms of contractual audits
Develop the expertise of public landlords
Manage and define the process and development of external audit methods and tools and ensure the sharing of information and the training of actors
Ensure the role of focal point of public landlord audits for the entire ACF France Organization Seat/Land
Organize and coordinate all the activities of the Public Donors Audits pole
Organize recruitment, integration, monitoring of the annual plan, and the development of the skills of the team members
Manage schedules, organization and coordinate the distribution of work
Ensure the management of the pole budget and associated expenses

Profile :

Holder of higher training in finance/management, project management, audit or law, you have experience of at least five years on a similar position, including three years in connection with public donors, acquired in the field and/or at the headquarters of an NGO.
You have a solid knowledge of donors and the applicable audit framework.
You have already supervised a team and are recognized for your managerial skills.
You are able to identify the potential risks of audits, set up risk analysis and assessment techniques, and organize and coordinate activities to ensure audits while mobilizing the actors concerned.
With excellent interpersonal skills, you are recognized for your listening sense and your negotiation skills.
Autonomous and rigorous, you know how to convince and argue while playing a role of facilitator.
The current mastery of French and English, both oral and written, is imperative.

Conditions of employment
Start date: April 01, 2025

Status: Integrated framework- CDI- Full time
Location: Ile-de-France
Remuneration:
From 46k to 54kuros annual gross over 13 months according to experience
Seniority bonus from 3 years of presence at headquarters
Advantages: 21 days of RTT and 25 days of CP per year
