Mission :

Under the supervision of the Deputy Country Director – Programs, your role will be to support the coordination team and the Grants and Partnership team in the development and submission of concept notes and project proposals to donors.
In this context, your missions will be to:
Coordinate the process of submitting concept notes, project proposals and ensure the quality of proposals submitted on time, following Action Against Hunger validation processes and taking into account donor guidelines
Provide strategic, technical and coordinated monitoring of the administrative management of grants
You will manage the Grants and Donor Relations Manager as well as the Assistant Coordinator in charge of the partnership.

Profile :

You hold a higher education diploma (Bac + 5) in political science, international relations, international development or project management.
You have at least 3 years of experience in a similar position within a humanitarian or development organization, including successful experience in drafting project proposals, validation procedures, as well as process coordination and management of external communications with donors and partners.
You have excellent knowledge of the humanitarian project management cycle and the concept of logical framework, and you are familiar with the rules and regulations of major donors.
You are able to work under high pressure.
You have good communication skills (oral and written), in French and English.

Terms of employment

Fixed-term contract of use under French law: 3 months until 02/17/2025
Gross monthly salary: from 2597 to 2968 euros depending on experience
Retirement insurance reimbursement for non-French citizens: 16% of gross monthly salary
Base salary increase: 6% every 12 months of continuous contract
Per diem and monthly living expenses: 767 euros net, paid on the ground
Monthly context allowance: 150 euros
Child allowance: 1500 euros per year per child present in the country of origin (ceiling of 6000 euros/year)
Transportation: Travel support
Medical Coverage: 100% coverage of health contributions (CFE + complementary health) and repatriation insurance
Salary maintenance schemes (sickness, maternity, paternity)
Leave and RnR: 25 days per year of CP and 20 RnR per year; payment of the ticket with ceiling to go to the chosen break zone, and 215 euros of fixed compensation per RnR
