Job description
Within the Logistics Department of Solidarités International, the technicien.ne User support is under the supervision of the support technician.
The technicien.ne User support ensures the installation and operational guarantee of computer and/or telephone equipment (hardware and software) linked to the workstation.
At the request of users, he/she ensures maintenance (remote or on site) of this equipment and deals with incidents.
He/she installs and maintains the organization’s various IT equipment in operational conditions.
He/she also participates in user support to ensure the proper operation and use of equipment.
He/she also carries out monitoring in conjunction with the information system team in order to propose improvements to the equipment and tools used by Solidarités International employees.
IF WILL OFFER YOU THE FOLLOWING CONDITIONS
Position based at the headquarters of Solidarités International, in Clichy la Garenne (Metro Mairie de Clichy) with field travel
Permanent contract
Gross monthly remuneration of: €2,294 or €2,390 depending on the scale in effect at headquarters
Possibility of teleworking: 4 or 12 days of teleworking per month or 100% teleworking with 3 mandatory face-to-face days per month. In accordance with the Teleworking Charter in force and the manager.
Leave: 2.0833 CP/month and 1 day of RTT/full month of work
Graduate in computer science from Bac to Bac +2 level
No experience required (first business experience would be a plus)
Knowledge required in:
Administration poste Windows 10 / 11
Administration d’Active Directory / Azure Active Directory
Administration Microsoft 365
Knowledge of videoconferencing equipment would be a plus
Fluency in English would be a plus
Good human, educational and patient contact
