Mission :
Under the responsibility of the Regional Finance Manager, your mission will be to guarantee the reliability of the accounting and financial management of the countries making up the region.
More precisely, your missions will be as follows:
Ensure the quality of budgetary management of country offices.
Control and analyze the budgets of intervention proposals according to the delegation plan.
Ensure monitoring of financial risks (Z2, co-financing, ineligibilities, donor debts, provisions for risks and charges, etc.) of the countries and alert the Regional Finance Manager (RFR).
Provide technical and strategic support in financial management to country offices.
Provide decision support, advice and solution proposals to the managers of the Finance Department.
Guarantee compliance with the financial management framework by missions.
Guarantee the accounting compliance of missions.
Supervise the implementation of ACF procedures and, where appropriate, make recommendations on corrective measures, and participate in their dissemination.
Monitor compliance indicators and alert in the event of a failure.
Contribute to the recruitment of financial managers for missions and ensure the functional management of Finance Department Managers in the field.
Profile :
Higher education such as Master 1 or Master 2, business school or university in finance and management, or holder of a DSCG, you have several years of professional experience in finance positions in the field as an administrator and coordinator with an NGO, and/or in international solidarity contexts. Experience at the headquarters of an NGO would be a plus.
Your ability to support teams as a functional manager, as well as excellent control of budget management, are essential.
You have strong skills in donor budgeting and financial management. You are also proficient in accounting software and have good knowledge of Excel.
With excellent interpersonal skills, you are able to work under pressure and adapt quickly to different issues.
Fluency in fluent English is essential.
Terms of employment
Status: Integrated manager – 6-month fixed-term contract – Full-time
Location: Ile-de-France
Remuneration: From 41K to 50K euros gross annual over 13 months depending on experience
Seniority bonus from 3 years of presence at headquarters
Advantages: 21 days of RTT
