Mission :

Under the supervision of the Country Director, you will be responsible for ensuring the security of ACF / AAH in Cameroon, while providing a favorable security environment allowing ACF teams to be efficient in operational implementation in Cameroon. .
More precisely, your missions will be to:
Design and implement the ACF/AAH humanitarian access strategy
Define and implement ACF’s security management system
Train and raise awareness among ACF/AAH staff about the security environment, procedures and security rules
You will be the functional link to the Security and Humanitarian Access Advisors Maroua, Kousseri then Security and Humanitarian Access Manager Kumba.

Profile :

You hold a higher diploma (Bac+4) in humanitarian project management, international relations or other relevant fields related to the requirements of the position.
You have at least 3 years of experience in a position related to personnel and organizational security, risk assessment, security management and security awareness, particularly in non-professional environments. secure and unstable.
You have ideally already worked with ACF.
You have good stress management and emotional intelligence skills, and management of complexity.
You are particularly competent in communication and writing.
You are professionally proficient in French and English, both spoken and written.

Terms of employment
Vaccination against Mpox is recommended for employees traveling to this country.

Fixed-term contract of use under French law: 12 months until 11/30/2025
Gross monthly salary: from 2597 to 2968 euros depending on experience
Retirement insurance reimbursement for non-French citizens: 16% of gross monthly salary
Base salary increase: 6% every 12 months of continuous contract
Per diem and monthly living expenses: 619 euros net, paid on the ground
Monthly context allowance: 150 euros
Child allowance: 1500 euros per year per child present in the country of origin (ceiling of 6000 euros/year)
Transport and accommodation: Travel support and collective accommodation
Medical Coverage: 100% coverage of health contributions (CFE + complementary health) and repatriation insurance
Salary maintenance schemes (sickness, maternity, paternity)
Leave and RnR: 25 days per year of CP and 20 RnR per year; payment of the ticket with ceiling to go to the chosen break zone, and 215 euros of fixed compensation per RnR
