Mission :

Under the supervision of the buyer, you will take part in varied and rewarding missions:

Support employees in the purchasing process:

-You develop specifications and analyze markets to sourcing suppliers.
-You distribute consultations and calls for tenders to facilitate the process.
-You receive and analyze offers, then negotiate to select the best suppliers.
-You draft the necessary contracts to guarantee the fluidity of the purchasing stages.

Optimize the purchasing portfolio:

-You identify and propose improvements for strategic purchasing.
-You play a key role in developing the purchasing strategy with budget managers.
-You develop strong relationships with suppliers and actively monitor purchasing trends.
-You provide innovative and relevant solutions to contribute to the efficiency of operations.

Ensure purchasing compliance and performance:

-You guarantee compliance with purchasing policies and procedures while ensuring the efficiency of processes.
-You contribute to the evolution of tools and methods so that practices remain up to date.
-You participate in internal training to share good practices and strengthen the team’s skills.
-You promote a culture of excellence in purchasing within the organization.

Profile :

Holder of a master’s degree in purchasing, you have an advanced level of English and solid technical expertise in purchasing management. Passionate about process optimization, you are gifted at establishing lasting relationships with suppliers, by fostering a spirit of collaboration. Thanks to your mastery of logistics software packages such as LINK and Agresso, you help make operations more efficient and responsive.

Recognized for your analytical mind, you listen and know how to establish a climate of trust. Autonomous, creative and rigorous, you are able to juggle several projects while respecting priorities. Finally, you know how to represent Action Against Hunger with professionalism and enthusiasm, while working effectively as a team to achieve common objectives.

Terms of employment

Status: 12-month professionalization or work-study apprenticeship contract

Desired pace: 3 weeks at work and 1 week at school

Location: Montreuil (Seine-Saint-Denis)

Salary Conditions:

-Remuneration based on the legal minimum (percentage of the minimum wage depending on age and level of training) over 13 months
-21 days of RTT (prorated to the time spent in the organization)
-Health and welfare coverage: 80% covered by ACF
-Transport: Coverage at 50% of the package between home and work
-Restaurant vouchers: 60% covered by the association for a value of 8 euros
-Social works and reduction on cinema tickets

Teleworking: Open to all and from the mainland territory, our teleworking policy defines the activities of the position requiring an imperative presence time at the headquarters of the association, and allows you to choose to exercise fully or in part the remainder of this time teleworking. To this end, a mandatory presence at headquarters of 4 days per month has been defined for this position. Presence time at headquarters will also be dedicated to collective sharing: 3 days per month on average for meetings and collective events and 2 days of compulsory presence for the first 6 weeks when you join the team.
